Jackson loves to be outside, and luckily we had nice weather in Prescott. He and Trenton were Grandpa's big helpers in the garden! And the sand pile in the backyard was Heaven! Tessa especially liked to throw the sand on Jackson, although he really didn't seem to mind the sand in his ears and hair. Lets just say he spent a lot of time in the dirt and tub in Prescott!

Last weekend we were able to go to Prescott to see Jared, Suzy and Van. We had so much fun. Jackson tried to find his legs on the trampoline, but mostly just sat. He loved it all the same though. Jackson rode on the ATV's with Grandma Halterman and Aunt Amber. He seemed to be having fun, but a little unsure all at the same time. Jackson had so much fun with his cousins. Although, at one point he hugged Tessa and she pushed him away. That made him very sad, but I think he has forgiven her and moved on.

Here are some of the picture we took with the family. Bobby's Grandma lives in Chicago but was in San Diego visting her daughter, Sandy. So we took advantage of seeing them both. It was their first time meeting Jackson. He wowed them of course and we all had a great time.

We also went to the beach. We were expecting the water to be cold, but it was overcast as well, so it was really cold. Jackson loved to play in the sand, his new favorite thing is to dig and fill buckets with sand! And he didn't mind the water too mcuh until a wave snuck up behind him while getting his picture taken. Then he was too wet and cold, we didn't stay much longer after that. We did bring home a lot of sand with us though. The best part of a trip to the beach! Bobby's Aunt Sandy came with us and Jackson didn't even mind her burrying his legs in the sand!

A few weeks ago we were able to go to San Diego to visit Bobby's Grandma Glas and Aunt Sandy. We had a great time. Our first stop was to the San Diego Zoo. Jackson loved it, but so did we. We think he liked the fish and turtles the most. But maybe because he was on the same level as them and got a good look at them. Although, he enjoyed the petting zoo. He would pet the rabbit, but the goats he wasn't too sure about touching. He was such a good boy, but then again he got a ride the whole time while we walked!

We just had to put this picture up. We can't get enough of his smile. Jackson is getting so big. Walking all on his own, has the big boy car seat, and is starting to look like a toddler not a baby. It has gone by so fast.

Just a random picture. Jackson's new thing is to put shoes on his hands and crawl around the house. It doesn't matter who's shoes they are, or even if they match. It's so funny when he has shoes on both hands. So now we never know where our shoes are!
